Division Leader: Milena de Giorgi

The activity of this division is focused on the study of the optical properties of inorganic semiconductors, for applications in light emitting devices in the visible and infrared range. The laboratory activity is then transversal to the activity of the Materials, and Nanochemistry groups. The research activity is basically centred on two different branches: III-V Semiconductors and II-VI Semiconductors.
